Flower Road southbound route
Go south on Flower Road and turn right at the Customs Headquarters intersection. Go straight for 400m and you will see the parking lot entrance on your left.

National Route 2 eastbound route
From Kyobashi intersection, go south until just before Kobe Port Museum and turn left. If you go counterclockwise around the block, you will find the parking lot entrance.

You can access the Kobe Port Museum entrance from the second floor of the parking lot through the pedestrian deck.
