About barrier-free
People with babies
We have a baby room and a diaper changing area within the facility.
- There is one baby room on the second floor of the building that is equipped with a hot water sink. (Anyone can use the hot water sink)
- One baby seat is installed in the baby room on the second floor and the diaper changing room on the third floor. There is also a wheelchair-accessible restroom.
- There are two diaper changing rooms in the building, each with one baby seat for changing diapers. It is also installed inside the multifunctional toilet.
About wheelchairs
átoa is located on the second floor, so please use the elevator on the east side of the building when visiting. ( Interior map )
The main routes within the museum, including the slopes and elevators, are wheelchair accessible.
Please note that there are some areas where the width is narrow.
- There are two toilets that are wheelchair accessible, one on the second floor and one on the third floor.
- All wheelchair accessible restrooms are ostomate accessible.
If you would like to rent a wheelchair, please come to the information desk on the 2nd floor. Due to the limited number of units, we may not be able to lend you one. Please bring it with you if possible. Advance reservations are not possible.
