How to purchase tickets
Click the "Purchase Tickets" button to move to the purchase page. After selecting the date, time and number of people, enter the purchaser information and be sure to proceed to the purchase completion screen.

・If you have an átoa invitation ticket (admission exchange ticket) or a ticket issued by another facility, please come to the átoa entrance on the day of your visit.
*In principle, this service is not available on certain days.
・We also have "same-day tickets" available. You can purchase tickets on the day of your visit using your preferred payment method.

Reservations are accepted for groups only, up to one month in advance.
About group applications
If you have 20 or more people and would like to pay all at once, please use the application method below.
- *Free for tour conductors. (Some upper limits apply)
- *There is a fee for photographers.
The following seasons are expected to be crowded, so please apply early.
We will accept applications in the order they are received, so we may ask you to change your admission time depending on the situation.

A great value meal coupon for groups that can be used at the Food Hall on the 1st floor as a 1,500 yen meal voucher for 1,400 yen (tax included) or a 2,000 yen meal voucher for 1,800 yen (tax included).
・Capacity: 20 or more people *For parties of 40 or more, we will contact you separately regarding meal details, etc.
Payment: Payment on the day. Coupons from contracted travel agencies are accepted. *No handling fees. *Not available during exclusive use or peak periods such as Golden Week.
Research and learning worksheet "AQUARIUM×STUDY"
Worksheets are sold for 300 yen each (tax included).
This service is provided free of charge to school groups using átoa.
Morning Tour
We hold a "morning tour" of átoa before the museum opens.
・Start time: 9:10 (Approximately 40-50 minutes)・Recommended number of participants: Limited to one group per day (approximately 20 to 50 people) *If there are more than 30 people, the group may be divided into two groups.
・Participation fee: 1,000 yen (tax included) per person * átoa admission fee required separately ・Target age: Elementary school students and above

Precautions when visiting the museum

Bringing in food and drinksThere is no lunch space. Please note. Due to space limitations, we ask that you refrain from bringing food and drinks such as bento boxes into the facility. (Only water bottles may be brought in)

About re-entry In principle, re-entry is not possible.

Precautions inside the facility Please be careful not to put your hands or objects into the aquarium. Also, please do not feed the exhibited creatures without permission.

About shooting You may take photos and videos inside the museum, but please refrain from using flash photography. Please refrain from taking photos in areas that may interfere with other customers' viewing experience.
If you would like to visit the venue for a preview
Please include the date of your preview visit on the group admission application form. If you arrive without prior notice, we will not be able to give you a preview.
Limited to groups of 20 or more who have already made reservations. Only the organizer (up to 3 people) can enter for free during the preview. Companions other than the organizer will be charged admission.
Please note that staff will not be able to guide you through the facility.
Preview reception hours : 1 hour after opening to 1 hour before closing
During private business hours and during busy seasons such as Golden Week, preview visits are excluded.
